I recently purchased a British army bergen and side pockets part used at CAN. The staff were very helpful and polite. When I got it home and cleaned it up a bit I found that the waist clip was missing. I rang the shop expecting to pay for one to be posted but was sent one in the post that day at no charge. The shop staff were very appologetic and polite. I will definately buy from them again..
