Hi there, im sadie the "Senior Stylist" who has been called young and inexperienced and to my knowledge i dont recall doing any recut back in january this year but however if this is true i appologise for your bad experiece with myself. I have never in my time as a qualified stylist had anyone complain about my colouring or cutting skills. All i can say is judging by the date of this review if you did have a bad experience with myself then again i appologise for this but if you came at the begginning of january this would of been 2 weeks after i lost my baby, which obviously i would not of been mentally in a good frame of mind..
