"What a difference"

The first time I went to The Plough was in May last year, my thoughts at first....what a lovely pub. However the food was average, the service had a lot to be desired for and I really wasn't in any hurry to go back. In January my daughter booked a table there for my 40th birthday, I was a bit apprehensive althought she assured me she had been in there for a christmas party and have a fantastic time. The food has improved dramatically and the service is personal though not intrusive, I now go in regulary and it's always consistently excellent. I would highly recommend The Plough for any occasion. The new summer menu is also fantastic. Congratulations to the new manager and her team for a truly great improvement. I will tell all my friends.
