I think River island is a lovely shop. For all gerations ! Yeah some things are quite expensive but you only pay for what you get... its good quality... ive only ever been to the river island in fareham and southampton but as far as i know, the staff are nice enough and under good managerment.

Ive returned things without any problem !

I love River island ! .
