A review of Lloyds TSB Bank by ANON written on Monday 18th of February 2008
Lloyds TSB do everything they can to help their customers. I work in the insurance department and the amount of claim we recieve is unbelievable. The majority of our claims are paid out but if they are declined, you can go through our customer care deparment who are very helpful. I am sick of customers thinking that they can talk to us like **** just because we work in a call centre.
The number of people WHO DONT BOTHER READING THE POLICY BOOKLET is VERY HIGH.
Do yourself a favour, READ IT before you decide to take out PPI instead of your claim later being declined because you thought you were covered and then taking out on the customer service advisor...we really dont need it and are just doing out=r job and sticking to policy terms and conditions.
