A review of Dominos Pizza by Jessica written on Saturday 9th of February 2008
Ordered a pizza from Domino's tonight as my 6year old daughter was having a sleep over with two of her friends. I placed the order at 6PM. Arrived at 7PM, - it was cold. Now cold I could handle as children of 6 prefer cooler foods, but worse still it was burnt. The children were starving, so I put the pizza on plates for them. They took one look and refused to eat. one of them even said burnt food is bad for you. I knew they were hungry so tried to pursuade them to eat, which they refused. I hate complaining, but had to ring domino's to explain. They offered me a complimentary pizza for the incovenience. However yet again after another one hour wait, yet another burnt, cold pizza arrived!!!!! I showed the guy the previous pizza and he said oh its just a little bit burnt! I took photos of it before i threw it in the rubbish and trust me both were black and very crispy!!!
Now people could think that my children were just being fussy, but i tried both and it was like crunching on burnt toast. No taste, no flavour, only burnt!
I am just so disappointed in Dominos, i paid almost £14.00 for that pizza, which usually i dont mind paying for quality. I wish i had now called the local greasy pizza shop, although yes greasy, at least it would have been edible.
