"River island refund"

As per my previous comments i was having a load of bother trying to get my order after sending two letters of complaint 1 to home shopping direct and 1 to river island head office i have now had a letter sent to me by special delivery today confirming that the cost of my goods plus delivery charges will be refunded in 7 days, if any one else is still having problems i suggest sending letters of complaint as they seem to take them more seriously than an email..
