A review of River Island by Lisa written on Friday 4th of January 2008
Hi Everyone, i have been reading about all of the problems with ordering from River island online and i unfortunatly am another case, i ordered on 27th December 2007 paid extra for express delivery (48 Hours) received an email on 28th December 2007 to say my items had been dispatched it is now 4th January 2008 (1 week later) and my items have still not arrived. It is a shambles this system wish i had gone into the shop and bought the damn things now. i am so annoyed they really need to sort themselves out wiht this service. Sorry rant over ha ha. i phoned one of the stores and i now have the number for river island customer services 0208 991 4759 and email customer.services@riverisland.com, i phoned up and gave them the order number and explained the situation and the lady i spoke to took my contact deatils and sadi they will be passed onto the online ordering department and someone will call me back and that she would also raised a refund for the P&P as i paid extra for a service i haven't recevied.
