Well i would like to say to the guy who placed this review he should know that a bike with lots of gears would need a replacement chain and casset/freewheel after about a year if u are an everyday rider putting oil on a chain will not make it change if its needs replacing sounds like the guy was trying to get the bike back to how it was when it was new and as we live in a world that wants to blame everyone for anything and most people think someone is being unhelpfully if u are being told u need to spend some money .next time if u want i bit of oil and a ajust up try it your self see how u get on .i only use hayward repair shop i find the guys in there very good and to the point i take there advise and always have been happy with there work 10 out of 10 for service and price .
