"Some straightforward truth could do"

I have used D. Clulow close to two years now and must say they could do better for their cost and brand image.

Imagine pairing a pair of designer frames such as Gucci with a bland pair of theirs; how could a high end customer desire a bland pair of Clulows or vice-versa?

It doesn't pay to mix quality with chaff and try to armtwist the customer into purchasing at the a high cost just because they need your services. If Clulow claim to be high end, it has to be seen to be so.

Another thing is the issue of paying so much only to receive scratched lenses, I cannot say for sure if that has to do with the quality or handling.

I must say thought that my experience of their opticians is good service and professionalism. Staff as well are helpful but I think the management or board is a bit far removed from the realities on their shop floor in terms of products available and their quality with regards to brand, profit and sustainability..
