A review of B & Q by Andrea written on Thursday 6th of September 2007
It would seem you're after a promotion, I bet you've told those higher than you, how you defend them at every opportunity. Bearing in mind you don't have all the facts of any of the cases that are printed on this site. Do your bosses know how immature you are, that you'd stoop so low as to berate someone about their written grammar, someone who'd made a complaint about B&Q. Could I please inform you that we do in fact know your name and the area you work, and if you continue to be as insulting about the past and present B&Q customers, I will take this up personally with your superiors. With your attitude and immaturity, I'm not surprised you get some funny customers, you give off very bad vibes, and that's with you hiding behind a screen and keyboard. Please refrain from being so rude, and I might add - ageist. You're not very politically correct are you. You seem to have an awful lot to say , to a number of people, but it belongs in the playground. These customers spend serious amounts of money in your bosses store, and if all is not well, they're perfectly entitled to complain about it. All I can say to you is, if you're that unhappy about the customers you receive, perhaps you should look in the mirror, and you'll find the problem. .
