I would like to say thay here at B&Q. We Dont get paid minimum wage if fact we get paid above minimum wage, we get time and half on sun as well which most other retailers dont do.

In term of customer, Youll find smaller stores offer better than customer support.

But a few things are true head office sometimes dont have a clue and us CA's are stuck dealing with these problem but most of the time B&Q works well and we have plenty of satisfied customers(A lot more). It is one a few companies this year that is doing better than last year.

Our kitchen fiting service is reconised by trading standards for the high level of support given.

I endever to give the best support to my customer and i havent had a customer complaint about me yet.

There is room for improvment but hey but everwhere the same..
