Went into JJB on Beehive centre to buy son pair of trainers, on way to the back of the store picked up a catalogue, and a couple of shirts that were in the sale. Went back to the entrance to pick up a basket for shopping but couldn't find one. Was told politely by manager that "they don't have baskets in the store, madam!" so had to struggle to shoe section with arms full..
