This is NOT about B & Q - it is about the people who are making these reviews. Can't you afford a dictionary? If not, learn to spell! If you are writing letters and emails of complaint, no wonder no one takes you seriously if your letters seem as if they were sent by an educationally sub-normal 7 year old!.
