"Maplin, hard work"

Ok, we get customers come in everyday expecting us to know all the stock we sell, what it does and how well it does it. 20,000 pieces of stock in our store, 105 walls, 200 gondolas each with 2 clip strips at each end. We are understaffed, we have to clean, re ticket, re plan store, prepare for audits, restock, perform admin tasks, keep head office happy and tend to customers - all for £5 an hour.

so..

That is why, when asked "oit, mate, 'ave u got a lead for pc to TV?" and then, after asking questions have that person say "well you work here, you should know", we get pissed off.
