"B&Q"

I also work at B&Q and absolutely love it I work on the kitchen department and I know that I give 110% good customer service I am willing to sort any problem out for anyone providing they treat me like a decent human being but I can honestly say that I have met some of the rudest ill mannered people ever working at B&Q why are our customers so rude when all I am trying to do is help them, they treat me as if i'm thick when I could run rings round them any day...

Like the previous person said there are people at war out there but you would think the world had come to an end sometimes because they havent got their kitchen door - My advice to any one shopping at one of our stores is think before you but in and have a go at people who want to help you. Would you want to help someone like you??? .
