I agree, I think the doctors are excellent. I have been a patient at Petersfield practice for about 20 years. In general I think some of the receptionist's attitudes can be terrible and uninviting at times. Both on the telephone and on arrival to the surgery. It's horrid when one feels really ill and vulnerable because their attitudes make your situation feel even worse. In fact I often wonder if they put new patients off, which is a shame because those patients have missed out on excellent care. There is one receptionist who made me feel that I was about to meet with the Spanish Inquisition. However, I tried not to make it effort me because I think the doctors are excellent..
