STORYTELLING FOR SEEDS
PRESS RELEASE
We are currently looking for community organisations to host a cultural divercity Storytelling day in your school or venue to help me with a community development project I am working with in Ghana. The project is called the Wumenu community farming Project
The project is located at Ho in the Volta region of Ghana. I am looking forward to facilitating an international link with our tree planting community development project on the farm wumenu community farm

We are looking for venues anywhere in Scotland wishing to take part in a day’s interactive Storytelling workshop linked to the project in Ghana and Global citizenship.
We are also happy to work with any number of participants at one session or a full class groups or the full school community or community groups at any location and can cover a full day's time table or a short residency from October 2007 onwards.
Each participant will have the opportunity to take part in the Storytelling workshop or session in return; they will be encouraged to sponsor a tree to be planted on the Wumenu Community farm Ho. They are also encouraged to introduce the concept to their friends and family and they are welcome to invite them to sponsor a tree too.
Once the trees are in place any participants can communicate directly with the farm manager and farmers to find out how their sponsored trees are doing.
WE WILL ALSO KEEP THEM INFORMED ON DEVELOPMENTS ON THE WEB
Participants only need to sponsor once in their lifetime to gain association with the project in full.
The project is ongoing and will be self supporting in 18 months.
We aim to follow the progress of the project and to make it into history, with our positive achievement.
