Pretty good GP's here, but I would agree with other comments concerning the Reception staff. The glass barrier at the Reception desk sets the tone.

Repeat presciptions go missing, or fail to be sent over to the Chemist opposite (this is a service offered by the Surgery) despite requests. Questions are met with comments such as "nothing to do with me" or "I know nothing about it" rather than trying to improve the service.
