A review of Robert Sayle by K.H. written on Friday 16th of February 2007
The negative reviews of Robert Sayle in Cambridge are the reason for me writing these thoughts. I don't recognise the negative critique at all. I have allways been treated very well in both Robert Sayle's in Cambridge and in Waitrose in Saffron Walden.
I have lived in this country for 9 years and as a forigner I can see the big different overall between the customer service shown by staff in the John Lewis shops compared to any of the other food stores/department stores.
I have also had fantastic help from the "lady" at Robert Sayle, who answers the phone, when I have had emergency brake down of kitchen machinery.
There have been so many occasions when I have thought I have to tell them how pleased I am butI just didn't make the effort.
When I now saw this negative critique, it was an incentive for me to write this letter and to make all staff at Robert Sayle in Cambridge and Waitrose in Saffron Walden feel appreciated for their hard work making me as a customer getting the best of their service.
