"What do you expect from a chain"

I am surprised at the response from the manager below, who sites that dogs are not allowed due to their smell. He says that we wouldnt want people blowing smoke in our faces while we eat. Well the reality is that if you are sitting outside at an establishment, then someone can sit next to you and smoke and its also the case that some people smell. Smoking is allowed inside the bars so therefore his argument is faulty.I hate visiting chain bars or pubs for the reason that some of you have found which is that you get terrible service, ignorant staff and overpriced substandard refreshments.

His attitude is an example of most of the staff and management of these places, they really dont care about your custom, so dont go there..
