Did you know that there is a specialist company that can help you when you get in to trouble, ive been told about it from other doorman who love their job, because they have protection and loads of benefits , so they said. Maybe if you had the support you might not be so unaprouchable (sorry about the spelling)and so un-happy. The company was called spia bureau limited, give it a look it might help you..
