"Use Tucker Gardner"

Several reasons to use Tucker Gardner when selling your property (Darren dealt with my sale).

1. He turned up superbly well prepared, with vast amounts of literature to back up the well thought out valuation they gave of my property.

2. He listened very carefully to numerous questions and answered them all very clearly.

3. There was not even a hint of a hard sell, just honest and friendly advice.

4. They charge 1% but offered to match any else should I find lower.

5. He made the property look and sound outstanding on the website and three viewings were arranged within the first few hours.

6. Most importantly to me was the level of honesty. I had put an offer in on a property to buy through Savills and they had told me I should sell through them and get a valuation (to benefit their business). I asked Darren from Tuckers if this was the case and he said it's true. All others I asked this question said it's not (simply to get the sale themselves). His answer was not the one that most benefitted his, or his company's, cause; he gave it because it's the truth, which I think is commendable and helped convince me to use them..
