Last night I had my basket stolen and front wheel vandalised. I brought it in at 3pm today, Saturday, expecting to have to wait till Monday. They fitted a new basket and a second hand front wheel within half an hour. As a result, the bicycle is available for me to use this weekend.

They gave me cheaper and more expensive options and did not try to get me to spend more than I wanted.

I will be using them again..
