Pay your staff the right wage for the technical knowledge they have.

Pick the right locations for your stores, not 5, 10 minute drive to an remote low profile retail parks.

It has been a pleasure wokring for you guys, i have learnt alot apart from the above comments which Maplin as an company can improve on.
