A review of CB2 by Julia Dawney written on Tuesday 10th of October 2006
It's so wonderful to find a place where I can choose to sit with a mug of hot chocolate and a game of scrabble with a good friend, or have a delicious (and well cooked) meal and glass of wine with my fiance, or chat and laugh after the cinema with a beer, or sit on my own and grab a book off the shelf - whatever my mood or the occasion, CB2 matches it! So what if it is busy, if there is a small wait for a table, or if there is a constant buzz of animated friendly conversation, it only goes to show you have found the 'in' place, who can fault that? Having a place that has all this when most cafe's are closed, is the best thing in Cambridge!!
