A review of The Trinity Healthclub by Matt Harding written on Tuesday 6th of May 2003
Q-Ton Revolution is a good, if corporate styled gym. Being located on the Science park it caters for the professional person and as such prices are on the high side. Equipment is modern and mostly cardio based with some machines using weight stacks and limited free weights (Dumbells only). The place is rarley very busy and waiting for equipment is not likely. The scenery outside is well above average being located on the edge of a small lake. In addition to the gym there are sauna and jacuzzi facilities and classes offered. Access to the Q-Ton is by mebership only - no pay and play system here.
Generally i would say its a good gym to use if you want a general purpose gym, the lack of more dedicated free weights and benches makes it too soft for some but definitely worth a look..
