"Fantastic Service!"

My mother and I went in to buy some new running trainers. We were served by Geoff and received amazing service. He knew exactly what he was talking about- even to the extent he recognised my mum's legs were tired (she had been running the night before). He assessed whether our feet were neutral, rolled in or rolled out (sorry, not sure of the technical terms) and recommended appropriate shoes. He even said they came with a 7 day guarantee- if we ran with them and weren’t happy we could bring them back! We have used them for two weeks now and they are perfect. I urge anyone wanting to buy sports shoes/ equipment to go to Hobbs- not only because of the great service, but because they are an independent retailer and should be supported..
