"What a find!!!!! Its a must!!"

This was our first visit to cambridge and as i thought the city is wonderful. We happen to pass a little jewellers called TOKO, this was a wonderful little shop with the most helpful staff i have seen in a very long time. Having worked in retail most of my life i was very happy to find Darren (Manager) and Dan (his part time staff member) working on a busy saturday.

These two have a very relaxed and informal way of looking after there customers, something i found very refreshing in this day and age. They could not have been more helpful and after showing me some of the rings i was after i found the perfect one, but not in my wifes size! no problem darren and dan took my wifes size and told me the ring would be ready in three working days and that they would even post it to my door (free of charge as well) such was the high level of service that me and my wife had that i even bought her a necklace as well ( she never takes it off!!) in a age when most staff seem to be more interested in chatting to other members of staff, this was a very plesent suprise. THIS IS A MUST VISIT SHOP!!! WONDERFUL.......
