"What a helpful shop!!"

Yesterday i visited the Mr Shoe shop in Norwich, on St Stephens. I wanted some sandals for my husband as we are off on holiday in 2 days. I phoned b=my husband in his office and he looked on line at the shoes I described and chose the ones he wanted. I was served by a super young man called Ben. Unfourtunatley they did not have the size I wanted, but he tried head office and found some and agreed to post them to my home address. Guess what? ~They arrived this morning and tonight my husband is thrilled with them. Well done Mr Shoes and the very polite and helpful staff you have!!! Pat.
