A review of Mr Shoes by Clare lincoln written on Sunday 16th of July 2006
I actually work for a different shoe shop and would just like to point out to all the people that are complaining on here that when you buy a pair of shoes you should always make sure you are aware of the refund policy before you buy them and if you don't like it then don't choose to buy from there. each company has it's own different policy and if you really think they are breaking trading standard lawss you should report them simple as. if you have found a particular member of staff unhelpful or rude then take it up with their head office because there is very little that can be done at store level. if you are still unhappy with the service then don't shop in there, obviously other people have had good service or they wouldn't still be open. not eveyone likes the way we enforce our returns policy but it's how we do it and we didn't write it, we just follow what we're told. bear that in mind before you critisise the staff who refuse you a refund, they are only doing what they are told..
