"Supreme location with more potential!?"

A review of Henrys Cafe Bar by Dean and Emma written on Thursday 22nd of June 2006

Went into Henry's the other day for lunch and it seemed they were heavily understaffed for what seemed like a pretty normal (busy) saturday lunch. We didn't even bother trying to get seated as we only saw 2 waitresses struggling with the huge number of diners they had. However we did mention this to one of the managers on duty who was working very hard and he was very apologetic and helpful to us. However I can't say this about the rest of the staff we encountered and another supervisor/manageress (large lady with glasses)was noticed popping in and out, bickering with staff and generally looking like she didn't want to be there. There may have been reasons for this but it seemed to get passed onto the staff and from what we saw it was only the male manager and waitresses who seemed capable of dealing with a typical Henry's lunchtime in the summer, and I'm afraid to say that we saw a fair few people leaving with similar expressions of disatisfaction as we had.
