A review of Robert Sayle by Wendy written on Tuesday 20th of June 2006

I have beed a customer of Robert Sayles for over 25 years. This morning I was in Robert Sayles to look at sofa -we wanted to get a new one to match the other one we bought there a couple of years ago. I also wanted to get myself a little MP3 player having got my husband one there for his birthday. I strolled around the department without anyone asking me if I needed help. I then stood at the MP3 disply for some minutes waiting for a partner to offer to take my money. The partners, with the exception of one who was actually serving, were standing in a little gaggle talking about their holidays. I could see them, they could see me. I decided that I had waited long enough and as I walked past the partners I remarked that I was going somewhere I could get served. One of them looked at me with an astonsihed expression say " I'm sorry i didn't realise you were waiting to be served"....I just don't know if I will bother going back anymore..
