"BURNT & GREASY FOOD - GATWICK, NORTH TERM"

A review of Côte Brasserie by Mrs Rawlings written on Monday 30th of January 2006

On 15th January, we decided to eat at Garfunkels in Gatwick North Terminal. We took our two young kids there as they wanted to see some planes taking off.

Both our childrens dinners had to be returned because the Chicken Strips were so burnt they were almost black and totally unedible. The onion rings must have been cooked at the same time and they too had to be returned. Although they did recook them for us, we don't understand how the chef and waitress had the nerve to bring it to the table. It was suppose to be a treat for our children but I cant say we enjoyed our meal one bit, infact it was so greasy that my Husband complained of heartburn later that day and I couldnt get the taste of cooking fat out of my mouth. Definately dont recommend it!!!!!!!.
